This following set out Terms and Conditions (“terms of use”), which mentions important requirements regarding your use of Global Tek Service’ Website And GTS, its services and your relationship with “ Global Tek Services” Please read them carefully as they include important information and instructions such as how long service remains active, fees for early termination, our rights to change conditions, limitations of liability, privacy, and settlement of disputes by arbitration instead of in court. If you accept this agreement, it will apply to all your service plans and products from us, including all your existing plans and plans associated with our partners’ products and services. Your acceptance of these terms & conditions will be implied by the use of the GTS’ Service.
General Information
This represents the total agreement between you and GTS regarding use of the GTS sites, superseding any prior agreement between you and GTS regarding use of the GTS sites. You may also be subject to further/additional/added T&C that may apply when you purchase products or services.
GTS may at whatever time modify these T&C by updating this posting. The failure of Global Tek Services to exercise or put into effect any right shall not constitute a waiver of such right. The GTS sites are controlled and operated by GTS from its offices within the United States of America. We disclaim that materials in the sites are suitable or accessible for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their contents are against the law.
AGREEMENT
The Terms and Conditions, together with each accepted plan order submitted by you, any additional terms mentioned for your plan order and the privacy policy, state the entire agreement between you and GTS (the “agreement”). The plan order will form the part of “agreement” only if the same has been acknowledged by GTS in writing or by an e-mail. You must agree to the terms and conditions in order to be eligible to use the GTS’ site (defined below), or obtain services (defined below).
DEFINITIONS
Certain terms defined in these Terms and Conditions are also used in the Privacy Policy and are incorporated by reference to these Terms and Conditions.
Content
Software, Services, Materials, and other related information are collectively referred to as “Content.”

Registration Access and Use
We welcome users to register on our site. We offer the below mentioned registration services which may be subject to change in the future. All changes will be appended in the terms and conditions page. Registration services are offered for individual subscribers only. If multiple individuals propose to access the same account or for corporate accounts kindly contact or write in to us.
Services under this Agreement Subscription Based Plans;
“Subscription Based Plans” or “Subscription/(s)” are tenured Subscription plans offered by GTS that are active for a specified period and will not include any incident based plans such as “Per Incident Plan” or the like.
Services And GTS Site
All references to “Services” refer to any GTS delivered through GTS under the plan that you enter with GTS through use of the GTS Website (the “GTS site”) or by calling the GTS phone number mentioned on the GTS Website. These Terms and Conditions govern all plans available at the GTS website, and any use of the GTS Portal. In the event of any conflict all the terms and condition mentioned here under shall govern the course of action as per this contract
Materials
Software
Software means a computer program of any kind, whether owned by GTS or a third party, whether delivered via download, CD, other media, or other delivery method, including client and/or computer management and network security software. Elements of the Software are protected under trade secret, copyright, unfair competition, and other laws. Software includes both GTS Software and third party Software. Your use of Software is subject to the respective agreements such as a license agreement or user agreement that accompanies or is included with the Software, ordering documents, exhibits, and other terms and conditions that apply (“License Terms”).

Some links on the GTS’ sites may permit you to leave the site and access information provided on other site which is not under the control of GTS. We have not reviewed any or all of the sites linked to our site and are not liable for the content of any linked site or any other sites linked to the GTS sites.
Your linking to the GTS sites or other sites is at your own risk. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss occurred due to the result of the presence of such advertisers on the GTS sites. GTS provides you links as an ease and does not imply the recommendation or endorsement of the linked information. User Conduct

GTS reserves the right at any time and from time to time to stop or amend, temporarily or permanently, the GTS sites and any licenses granted through the sites with or without notice for any reason or no reason whatsoever. When you buy any service, you know that you are paying for onetime charge. We do not have any subscription or any recurring plan.
